Saturday May 23rd

7:00am   Show open to Exhibitors and Vendors

8:00am  Contest Room open for entry of models and photos

9:00am   Show open to Members of the MFMR and general public

There will be two clinics running concurrently throughout the day, as follows…

9:30 Clinic -  Creating “Water”

10:00 Contest room closed for preparation of models and photos

10:30 Clinics – CNR Vans – Prototype Details & Basic Kit to Great Structure

11:00 Contest room open for peer judging (will be announced)

11:30 Clinics – Using Bragdon Powder & Using Fast Tracks Jigs

1:00 Clinics – Care & Feeding of HO Scale Locomotives & Car Forwarding Systems

1:00 Contest room closed – end of judging

2:00 Clinics -Model Rail “Rail” & Operations Using Car Cards

4:00  Doors close and disassembly begins

7:00pm   Banquet at the Silver Fox

Sunday May 24th – Layout Tours

Doors will be open from 9 am until 2 pm.  Some layout owners may be able to make special arrangements, but you should talk to them (phone numbers will be provided).

Note: Layouts are within 10 – 15 minutes of the Quality Inn except Derwin’s (about 25 minutes). Details and maps to follow.
